Using this website’s inquiry form
The inquiry form prepares a message in your browser. It does not automatically submit or save your form entries to this website. You can choose to open your email app or Gmail, copy the message, or download it. Opening an email service passes your prepared message to that service; you still need to send the email. When you send it, Team DeLacy receives the information you include. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
Team DeLacy PC Builds respects customer privacy and collects only information reasonably necessary to provide services.
Information We May Collect
Depending on the service requested, we may collect:
- Customer name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Quote information
- Computer specifications
- Component model numbers
- Serial numbers
- Photographs of customer equipment
- Service history
- Payment and transaction information
- Communications regarding the service
How Information Is Used

Passwords and Login Information
Team DeLacy does not request personal passwords unless access is necessary for an approved service.
Whenever practical, customers should enter passwords themselves.
Passwords provided temporarily for service should be changed by the customer after the computer is returned.
Team DeLacy does not intentionally maintain a permanent database of customer passwords.
Device Data
Team DeLacy will not intentionally browse customer personal files, photographs, messages, documents, or accounts unless access is necessary to perform a service specifically requested by the customer.
Photographs
Equipment may be photographed during intake, assembly, testing, and completion for documentation purposes.
Customer builds will not be publicly used for advertising, portfolio photographs, social media, or the Team DeLacy Build Vault without customer permission when those photographs contain identifying information.
Sharing Information
Team DeLacy does not sell customer personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the business, such as website, payment, communication, accounting, or hosting providers.
Information may also be disclosed when legally required.
Information Retention
Business records may be retained for reasonable operational, accounting, tax, warranty, and legal purposes.
Information that is no longer reasonably necessary should be removed when appropriate.
